Last Friday we have enjoyed dinner at the pop-up restaurant of the Bánh Mì Girls at Gs in Amsterdam Oost. The food was very delicious and authentic Vietnamese (as far as I can tell as non-vietnamese ;-)) In combination with the drinks served by Gs, this resulted in the best of both worlds. Highly recommended. The service was a little bit quick, but that was not a problem for us, as our 2 year old son joined us as well, so he didn't have time to get bored any time soon ;-) Hopefully the Bánh Mì Girls will open up a restaurant somewhere in the Netherlands, and we definitely will come back again!
