This place is full of well-prepared, visually stunning dishes of wonderful, healthy food. It does provide a different angle on food selection: you tell the person first which size plate you want, large or small, then tell them which foods you want on the plate. The large plate was 18 Euros at the time of our visit. The person puts 18 Euros worth of the food that you selected onto the plate. You then find a table, settle in while they place your plate into a hot (not microwave!) oven - once heated, they bring your piping hot and magically delicious food for your dining adventure. HIGHLY recommended.
Ate at the smaller cafe. Wonderful food. Loved the chicken and cauliflower over rice! So happy we stumbled across this place. We can't wait to come back. The staff was so helpful and happy!
We've had vegetarian takeaway from the Prinsengracht location (absolutely fabulous), bought their cookbook (delicious recipes) and finally, yesterday evening we had dinner at the Westergasfabriek location. Again, what a delight! A mouthwatering mezze dinner with bouillabaisse, stewed pumpkin and haricots verts, beet salad with goat cheese, fragrant chicken, fresh grilled fish and mussels! (Gluten-free, for those with allergy concerns!) Far too much to eat in one sitting -thank goodness for doggy bags! Will certainly return again soon with friends. Thanks so much!
