We had a magical evening with Esther and us 12 girls (bachelorette vibes). From the moment we walked into the cozy studio, we were completely blown away. Esther has created an inviting, relaxed cooking space perfect for any occasion. Her passion for cooking (and mini crush on Ottolenghi) was pretty obvious. Esther and Chris (her 2IC) were there to guide us through each step if needed, bringing us more ingredients, taking dirty dishes away, topping up wine, turning up the music etc. They were such great support while still letting us feel like queens in the kitchen. Esther is professional in her conduct, but totes free spirited and flexible with the rules of cooking. We loved that. Thank you SO much Esther and Chris we will be back for sure. Oh and every vegetarian ottolenghi dish that we made was delicious and so full of flavour.
met collega's een heerlijke en gezellige kookworkshop gehad, met goed uit te voeren recepten die een verrukkelijke maaltijd opleverden die we met elkaar aan de grote tafel opgegeten hebben. Een aanrader, de recepten kregen we mee dus die ga ik in ieder geval thuis ook uit proberen.
I was with my daughter and sister in Amsterdam over Shabbat. I found Esther's cookery on FB and ordered Shabbat food for the three of us (for both meals). By far, the most delicious, affordable and varied dishes I ate that entire trip! So highly recommended!
