This is a very special place to stay for various reasons. It is located in an old church in a folkesy neigbourhood just out of the center of the city, meaning you do not have to deal with a lot of city noise or a big presence of tourists. It takes only about 10-15 minutes by tram from Central Station The interior is rather special with lots of mosaics (in the lobby as well as the bathroom) and different wallpapers and funky furniture. My room was not ready when I arrived, but I was accompanied next door to the cafe of the dance school (which is part of the complex) where I received a cup of tea while I waited. It was worth the wait, because the room (a suite) was excellent, very large and light with a huge bathroom with bath and shower. I was a bit apprehensive about the shampoo and bodywash being in big dispensers (this screams cheap to me), but I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of both - and they smelled great, too! Even though they have just started up, the hotel has a very complete service and helpful, knowledgable staff. They are still working on the Grand Cafe, but there are plenty of places to eat close by, both dinner and breakfast. All in all, I recommend this to any type of traveler, for any type of stay.

Stayed for a four day long weekend and was a lovely new hotel. Bar was nicer then most in the city and our room was great also with a big washroom. All of the staff were friendly and made the effort to say hi even the cleaners. Would recommend and would stay again. Only 10-15 mins away from the centre and all the action. �
