Sometimes you are in the mood for only pizza and good Italian red wine and today was hugely successful. Absolutely great pizza , all about taste minimal combinations but excellent fresh ingredients. Beautiful mushroom, salami and thyme with citrusy olive oil . Great choice of Italian wines , I had Amarone della valpolicella classico Tommasi excellent partner to my pizza.
Waiters attentive and not overly in my space.
