We had a special occasion dinner at Van Speyk and we couldn't have found a better venue. It is a charming little place right in the center. The food was very well appreciated by everyone at the table and the service was extra special. We were served by Joey and his team and they made every effort to make it memorable for us. Look no further when you want a five star experience at an unassuming, classy restaurant.
we asked the concierge at our hotel to recommend a good restaurant and he came up with this gem. Excellent food and a warm ambience. Would highly recommend it.

Excellent Dutch traditional restaurant. Everything is first class. Food experience is top notch quality and presentation. Service is high level. Wine list is solid quality. A must in Amsterdam.

An excellent meal. Great taste and service. Debated on going back for a second night but decided to try another restaurant ... big mistake. Should have gone back to Van Speyk.
